You are looking at a very nice well maintained 1966 Cessna 310L
The Cessna 310 is in a class of its own, slick design, cabin space, and not to mention the speed. This 310 has all of that but with a very nice paint and new interior!
Airframe TT: Approx. 7860 hrs
Engines: Continental IO-470-VO's
Left Engine: 1647 hrs SMOH
Right Engine: 638 hrs SMOH
Bracket Air Filters
1/4" Tinted Windshield
New Interior: Seats Recovered, Carpet, Side Panels, Trim, Headliner
No Hail Damage
Cleveland Wheels and Brakes
Sadly this 310 suffered a nose gear failure on landing. Pilot knew the nose gear did not retract so made what he could out of the situation. Looks like the gear push/pull rod from the actuator broke. This was believe to be from the nose gear strut not extending fully after takeoff so when the gear was selected up the nose gear got wedged which caused the push pull rod to break.
Left engine crank dialed .000 on the flange rotations. Right engine crank dialed .000> just under 1 on the flange rotations.
Other than prop strikes and nose cone damage the repairs are straight forward. This would make a great project or maybe your in it for the parts. Located in Mesa Arizona at the Mesa Falcon Field Airport.
